Antioch Children’s Theatre has given kids a safe place to grow & learn about the performing arts for over 40 years.  Established in 1968 by director Frank J. Ballesteros, our theatre and technical staff have remained dedicated to his original vision of exposing children & their families to the entire theatrical experience including auditions, rehearsals and live performances.  This requires much hard work & cooperation from everyone involved, resulting in a productive & positive environment for kids to learn the dramatic arts, how to listen to & interact with others, the importance of taking directions & respecting others and how to implement these ideas into their individual role and as a group.  The benefits for the kids, their friends and family and the entire community can be seen in their performance onstage and in their life offstage!

Children ages 7 and up who are interested in being part of an upcoming production are encouraged to audition.  Adult roles are also available.  Auditions will be announced on our website and at the theatre, and are required before being cast in any show.  Antioch Children's Theatre is a non-SAG, non-equity and multi-cultural theatre.  All casting is gender and color blind.
